Terms of Service

Last updated July 3, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Credit.com’s websites and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

We help consumers identify, file, and manage class-action settlement and refund claims, and we offer optional account monitoring to find money you may be owed. We are not a court, a government agency, or a settlement administrator.

Retainer and fees

When you ask us to pursue a claim, you sign a Retainer and Contingency-Fee Agreement. You pay nothing up front. We are paid only if we recover money for you, as a percentage of the amount recovered, as described in that agreement. If there is no recovery, you owe no fee. No result or amount is guaranteed.

Electronic communications and signatures

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically and that your typed name and click-to-agree serve as your valid electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and similar laws.

Account connection

If you connect a financial account, you authorize us to access read-only account and transaction data through Plaid to monitor for money you may be owed. We never move money or make payments on your accounts. You can disconnect at any time.

Text messages and calls

By providing your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by call and text about your claims and our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes. You confirm that the information you submit about yourself is true to the best of your knowledge.

No legal advice; no guarantee

Information on our site is general and is not legal advice. Using our services does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship except as set out in a signed agreement. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here.
